The vegetables were blanched, and the carrots were naturally sweet. Very good.
The meat patty was prepared with minced pork, and seasoned with black pepper and salt. It was slowly cooked in butter, so it was still juicy and tasty. Slowly cook still can get a bit burnt at the side. Haha..
The egg was simply fried in the butter and fat that was leftover from cooking the patty. So the whole meal was rather healthy. Little bit of salt used only. And butter is good to get fat right? Ya.
Still hungry after eating this. Should have cooked more rice. Nvm, I'll be going to school for lunch tomorrow and I can take my revenge then...

Oh yes, I'm pretty sure I gained some weight, because I can only do 5 standard pull ups!!! Or are my arms weakening... Hmm...
